Liability for contents
The contents of all pages were created with the greatest care. However, we cannot assume liability for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents. According to Sec. 7 (1) Telemedia Act, as service provider we are responsible for our own contents on these pages in accordance with general laws. According to Secs. 8 to 10 Telemedia Act, as service provider we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or possibly investigate information accordingly that may indicate an unlawful activity. This shall not affect obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws. Such a liability, however, will be possible only as of the time of obtaining knowledge of an actual violation of the law. We will remove the respective contents promptly on becoming aware of any legal violations.
Liability for links
Our proposal contains links to external third-party websites, the contents over which we have no influence. For this reason, we are unable to warrant such third-party contents. The respective supplier or operator of the pages shall be responsible for the contents of the linked pages. At the time of linking, the respective pages were checked for potential violations of the law. No illegal contents were evident at the time of linking. A permanent content control of the linked pages, however, is not acceptable without concrete indications of a violation of the law. We shall immediately remove such links if such violations become known.
